Chef - Ioannis Erion Nternova

My passion for cooking was born in Crete, alongside my godmother, where I discovered the bold, honest flavors of Greece — shaped by land, sea, and simplicity.

Trained under renowned chefs such as Lefteris Lazarou and Ioannis Parikos at Varoulko (1 Michelin star), as well as George Stylianoudakis and Thanos Stasinou, my journey later continued in Paris, working alongside chefs David Toutain (2 Michelin stars, 1 Green Star) and Raphael Rego at OKA (1 Michelin star).

Enriched by the experience of refined, local Provençal cuisine at Sépia, alongside chef Paul Langlère, I now invite you to embark with me on a culinary odyssey, both authentic and creative.

Since 2023, Ioannis Erion Nternova, Léa Mellet — management and development of the venture — together with our teams, have had the honor of supporting more than 250 clients for brand launches, weddings, intimate dinners, business meals, and many other events — from Marseille and beyond — we have been welcomed with warmth and generosity, in private homes and within companies alike.

 All of these encounters, and the richness of these experiences, inspired us to create a place where we now invite you in return. A place that embodies our vision of cuisine, conviviality, and hospitality.

Thus Héméra was born, a Franco-Greek fusion restaurant in Marseille.

We look forward to welcoming you there, whether for lunch, dinner, or your private or professional events : the venue is fully available for private hire, tailored to your wishes.
